A website and lead system for an exterior remodeling company. Instead of a sales push, homeowners go through a short guided walkthrough at their own pace, with a plain reason for each question. They can add photos of their home, and an OpenAI vision model looks at the siding, trim, gutters and any visible damage. With no photos, it reviews Street View of the address instead. Property research runs on every lead, so the contractor starts the first call with a full brief.

My AI-native CRM for home services and exterior contracting, MVP live with a launch customer. Every stage of a job shares one connected record, from the first lead and site photos through proposals, change orders, materials, invoicing and closeout. The system prompts and automations are built on that connected data, so the AI works from the real details of each job instead of filling gaps on its own. Receipts are checked against what was ordered, and finished jobs hand off to QuickBooks.

It keeps notes between conversations so it isn’t starting from scratch every time. Its voice engine now runs inside Recover E and is being built into my CRM. The standalone app is offline for now, so it’s demo on request.

Ethos, my always-on agent, takes requests over Telegram, writes code, publishes sites and keeps research wikis. On Grok Bot, a chief of staff agent coordinates research, outreach and coding agents, and nothing goes out without my approval. Each platform has been scaffolding for the next, and every setup carries forward as the tools get better.
