PPA must be able to fail while the community survives. If the company dissolves, Nostr identities, reputation, and connections persist — because they live on a protocol, not a platform. Every user identity is a cryptographic keypair they control. Service listings, reviews, and reputation are signed events portable across relays. Bitcoin backs the platform treasury as an inflation hedge. Lightning Network handles instant micro-payments. The Poor People Coin (PPC) — an ERC-20 utility token — rewards verified participation and governs platform direction.

The Mobilization Agent — Live & Operational
The first AI agent in the PPA architecture is already running. The Mobilization Agent is a GPT-4o-powered content engine with a specific writer's persona baked in: George Orwell's clarity + George Washington's resolve + Odysseus' strategic mind. It doesn't pitch. It teaches people how to master the system.
It generates five content types — Text Posts, Sora Video Scripts (with auto-generated TTS audio narration), GIF Prompts, Direct Messages, and Email Outreach — all grounded in a live knowledge base of research documents that updates automatically as new material is added to S3. No code changes required.
Generated content deploys live with one click to Telegram and Nostr relays. The agent also runs a self-assessment after every generation — scoring its own knowledge base usage and specificity on a 0–10 scale, storing results in a learning memory that improves future output over time.
